Yahoo! My Internet is back to normal *grins*. I'm totally a net junkie. Can you even imagine that I was suffering from withdrawal symptoms cuz the Internet wasn't working for a night? Okay, a little too dramatic here. But I got too used to my daily regime such as forum-ing, blogging, downloading stuff, watching videos on YouTube & meaningless surfing. It's so odd to not get connected, right? Oh well...*shrugs*

Last Friday, R.AGE & Nokia team had a roadshow at my college & offered free photoshoots using the latest Nokia camera phone. Little did I expect our pic was published in the R.AGE section of The Star newspaper on Monday. So, we had a short moment of fame for the day :D. I even scanned the newspaper clipping. Here's the pic for y'all peeps to see~ ^^

Gosh...I looked lame -_-"

Assignments nightmare is finally over...phew! There's about less than a week to study for exam *sobs*. Anyways, I heard that we have about 3 weeks for college break. I wonder what I'm gonna do during those few weeks. Gah~ too early to think about it. Besides, I think I kinda screwed up the theory questions for my Finance test. Seriously need to buck up...hmmph *determined*.

Oh god, Vacation drama will be released tomorrow. *sighs* I'm just hoping they'll release the dramas on dvd. If not, I'll have to resort to downloading the videos with English subs. The 1st episode will start off with U-know in a touching love story, I think. That's what I saw in the trailer. The poster of the 1st episode looks like this...

Ep. 1: Cassiopeia

That's all for now. Sorry for the really boring post. I have no mood to write a good post today. Need to get some revision done. I've been slacking.... -_-".

TWIST. LICK. DUNK. *grins* Oreo treats, anyone?? I think I'm slightly overdosed with Oreo's. I had them for breakfast cuz I woke up at 11am yesterday. And I indulged in Oreo's again for supper to fill up my empty stomach since I stayed up really late last night just to watch TVfXQ's banjun dramas on YouTube. Yup, I only slept at 3.30am. And here I am still wide awake :D. Peace! I had those yummy biscuits again this morning XD. Anyways, about the drama...it's a 4-episode short series featuring the guys. It was so hilarious that I couldn't stop laughing. It's a teen melodrama made for girls so it's expected to have a cheesy storyline. It was fun to watch though. Notice that those lovey dovey scenes where the guys almost kissed their girls but never did in the end. Conclusion is ---> they're idols for God's sake. Having scenes where U-know, Micky, Hero, Max & Xiah are kissing the actresses will drive fangirls berserk. Don't y'all agree? Imho, the most hilarious episode is Dangerous Love. A little bit of yaoi content between U-know & Hero. Just look at Hero's frightened face! *pfffttt*

U-know & Hero's love scenes NG *rofl*

There'll be another banjun drama featuring TVfXQ again. The release date will be on 27 Aug. I saw the trailer & it'll be a melodrama again. I guess the guys have a matured a little...so I hope plot won't be as sappy like the one I'm currently watching. More dramas to look forward to *grins*. Anyways, the posters looked lovely XD. More hot-ness! Here's the poster for the 4-episode theatrical released drama, Vacation.

Do y'all remember in my previous post that my team were supposed to go to an advertising company to conduct a research? Oh well, we changed our mind. It seemed the boss didn't bother to reply my friend's e-mail. So, we as kings & queens of bullshitters storytellers wrote a bulk of crap for the company's history. Other information such as hardware & software used were pretty predictable. In fact, almost all the advertising firms are using similar software for designing. I wouldn't say our facts are entirely fake. There's a certain degree of truth in it XD. I was assigned to the website while the rest worked on the report. I guess I'm too smart~ Just took a free web template off the net. Saved so much time rather than building up the site from scratch. Btw, the lecturer allowed us to do so -_-". I wonder whether this is good or bad.

My stupid SonicStage is a pain in the ass real buggy software. When used for the 1st time, it worked perfectly fine. After a few days without using it, I couldn't transfer any songs to my Walkman when I opened that software. The error message said that the omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem -_-". I suspected that some spywares or maybe the the Trojan. Small must've tweaked the dll & exe files. Or perhaps the problem was caused by other not-so-harmful viruses that are still residing in my hard disk. I think part of the blame goes to Sony for developing such a pathetic software *sighs*. Do something, Sony! It's time that I use the BitDefender online scanner again. I'll end this post & leave my comp for some serious scanning. Jya, ne~

*counting the days to the Guam photobook release* XD

This weekend will be a rather quiet one for me. Grandma was off to Singapore with my eldest aunt & cousin sis yesterday. She won't be back till the 28th. Meanwhile, my cuzzie sis will be studying there. Wishing her all the best~ I was supposed to have Oreo treats last night but I didn't. Anyways, I had it before dinner just now. I just came back from dinner about 15 mins ago feeling stuffed. Well, Dad had food poisoning 2 days ago & lost his appetite. Grandpa couldn't eat much considering his old age. Cuzzie bro...oh well, I dunno what happened to him. He ate quite little today & I was forced to finish most of the dishes -_-".

Seems like my Oreo temptation worked on my Aussie friend *giggles*. Chocolates never fail anyone. It's true! Hmm, perhaps I shall have another round of Oreo treats later while studying. Btw, I got my marks for Marketing assignment. It's a 3.0 out of 5%. Thought it was rather low but oh well...everyone knows our Marketing lecturer is a little sick in the brain. He was being strict over petty stuff. Makes me wonder how I would do for my 2nd assignment. I didn't include any journals cuz there were no relevant ones. I guess I might lose some marks again *sighs*.

I had another round of pool session again. Apparently, I aimed better with a long stick XD. I always find it very difficult to balance the pool stick between my thumb & index finger. I suck at it! Nevertheless, it was a short & fun game. And I ended up having tobacco-smelled hair. Yuck! It's all clean & smell-free now :D.

Everyone is having a tough time finding information from the company of their choice. Yeah, it's all for IT assignment. The boss who's supposed to reply my friend hasn't done anything yet. I just called him & bugged him. Muahahaha...I wonder whether he's getting fed up or not. And my group is planning to invade his office. We're gonna pretend like customers interested in getting some printing done. So, we're scouting for good quotations & happen to come across this company. I believe we can put up a good act XD. My classmates are planning to request for a postponement of the deadline. I might wanna join in the "campaign". We'll see what happens tomorrow~

I was really bored last night. Was studying IT & surfing YouTube at the same time. I was randomly watching TVfXQ's videos. Guess what, I found some really cool ads. And off they go to my playlist ^^. Samsung hired these Korean cuties to film a set of commercials promoting the Yepp mp3 players. There was one which featured Micky & Hero which was pretty interesting. In fact, I saw a similar Samsung ad on MTV channel somewhere last year. But it wasn't the one with TVfXQ. If only the Korean version was shown, I would've gone fangirl crazy over them long ago. Here it is...TVfXQ's version of the Yepp ad.

Look out for the rainbow equalizer war between Micky & Hero!

Btw, Mum came back from dance class with a box of Oreos. Such randomness, don't ya think? Apparently Oreos are selling cheap at Giant hypermarkets now. So you ppl who are Oreo maniacs, don't miss out this promotion. I'll have to spam this post with pics again ^^. Yay, I guess I'll indulge myself with some Oreo treats tonight~

The Oreo temptation...

All the Yepp ads are pretty cool. I really fancy Xiah & U-know's solo ad. Uber cute & hot! *drools* Y'all have to watch these...

Xiah's head shaking ad (similar to a person overdose with esctasy *rofl*)

U-know's eye-popping dance ad *wipes drool off the keyboard*

Micky with goose ad *flails at guys in pink shirt* (the goose o_O)

Hip-hop cum urban Max (keep groovin' baby~)

The depressed Hero *prepares a box of tissue for Hero*

My friend just e-mailed a set of questions to the advertising company we chose for our research project. We're praying hard that the boss would reply asap as our deadline is next Wednesday. *sighs* If not, we're so in trouble. I told my friend that we'll bug him till he's fed up & obligated to reply the mail *grins evilly*. I'm so mean...lol. I'm off to study now. Till then~

Yay! One more assignment to go. English presentation turned out really well yesterday. Our lecturer absolutely loved our product *grins*. She even suggested us to sell our product during English Day in the coming semester. I was listening to her in disbelief. The reason I suggested this product idea was for the sake of doing assignment. Anyhow, my team did the assignment with full of passion though there was a lot of last minute work. Maybe that's why the end product was fabulous. Hehe. I took some snapshots of my packaging cuz I thought the lecturer might wanna collect our prototype. So here it is...

Tadaa! The box... ^^

Inside the box

The back

And we had fantastic ads to advertise our product...

More like a horror movie poster -_-"

Quite childish, don't y'all think?

In the end, we got back all our prototype & the ads. Hooray! We get to keep our beautiful masterpieces without letting the faculty damage store them in their junk store room. I uploaded more songs to my mp3 player again XD. More TVfXQ's songs...gosh, I'm starting to fangirl about them. Hmm, one more week to go & it's August. *rubs hands impatiently* My Guam photobook~ Btw, I saw some of w-inds. photos lately. They got really tanned...it must be from the photoshoot. Keita has been eating cuz he looks healthier. But he still looked kinda exhausted. If only he can regain his shape like in ageha concert. That would be the best~ *drools*

That's all for today. I'm off to study now...bye, peeps!

*bangs head on the wall* Omg, we're so in trouble. Just one week left to design a website. -_-"

*squeals & dances* OMG!! What a blissful night~ Our travel plans to the concert had to be changed when my dad had to do several rounds of detour from the awful traffic jam. Me & cuzzie bro stucked back to our initial plan & commuted to the venue instead. Sadly, we encountered more problems while taking the Star LRT cuz the train routes were complicating. Thank god we asked those frequent commuters at the platform.

Further confusion arised when we arrived at Bukit Jalil. Signboards leading to the Putra Stadium was unclear & lights were not switched on. It was utterly dark & my cuzzie bro tripped on the stairs & almost fell on his chin. Despite all that, we finally found our way to the stadium & collected some free concert goodies.

Concert goodies~ ^^

Little did we expect that the complimentary tickets (supposedly the cheapest, free standing tickets available) was given imho, the best spot in the concert hall. Imagine standing right under the extended stage! The opening wasn't too bad but they started out with a slow number -_-". And more slow numbers...gosh! Then they left for clothes change.

Arena B was where I stood!
(sorry, I didn't manage to take a good shot of the stage with my useless camera phone)

They appeared with a fast tune & got the crowd screaming like fangirl crazy. As the usual me, I squealed really loud though I'm not a big fan of theirs. They performed more fast tunes that made me started groovin'. Sadly, the crowd only knew how to scream but wasn't sporting enough to start dancing as well. Typical Malaysian audiences~ -_-". The big moment arrived! The five Korean dudes walked up to the extended stage & stood there singing in front of my very eyes & being raised on platforms to a few metres high. OMFG!!

See what I mean by bad camera? *sighs* Btw, this is Xiah...

Yesss...Xiah looked amazingly hot & cute in person. He looked kinda chubby in one of those stickers. And U-Know!!!! *squeals* Uber hawtness!!!!! *drools* And the earrings~ gosh...it was gettin' really hot. I have a fetish for guys with earrings. I was practically drooling & melting going fangirl crazy XD.

Hero, the pretty boy!

I think this is Max. o_O (He's so green... -_-")
This part is where they were raised on a platform

I gave up taking more pics & missed out on the other 2 members, U-know & Micky. Look at the awful quality of the pics. So, I decided to enjoy & concentrate on the concert. Super Junior appeared as the guest artiste for the night & sang a cover number of Energy's Tui Mo Lu. The live version was much better than their PV. Seriously! And Super Junior came right in front of my eyes again...

Super Junior in action ^^

More Super Junior love!

I shall wrap up this concert report. Things worth mentioning were one of TVfXQ's members was able to speak good English. At least he was able to deliver the his bandmates' message because throughout the show, they only spoke only-God-knows-what-they're-speaking Korean language. As for Super Junior (13 member group), one of them actually speaks Mandarin! Fantastic~ And he spoke like a Taiwanese...o_O One member is actually fatter than my cousin bro & he dances sooo well. *rofl*

Overall, TVfXQ's vocals & dance were superb. Acapella session was the best cuz it really showcased their vocal pyrotechnics. I bet Super Junior's live version of the Tui Mo Lu song was much better than Energy's. No doubt! I'm starting to fall for TVfXQ XD. I really can't believe they all look so good in person. Their dances may be better compared to w-inds. but I still prefer w-inds. more. I naturally prefer Japanese music more. A good concert, it was. I enjoyed it...that's the most important thing. If they ever come back to Malaysia, I wouldn't mind watching these cute Koreans again in action. Ratings: 10 out of 10.

Phew! What an exhausting day~ It was my first time yelling at someone in front of so many pairs of curious eyes during Economics class. Yes, I practically blew up at my partner for being such an idiot. I was pretty harsh on her but I couldn't help it. So much for being irresponsible and uncooperative. What exactly happened...I guess I don't wanna dwell on it anymore. It's frustrating to recap those incidents.

I feel incredibly sleepy now thanks to the all the stress and exhaustion. And boo boo to period. It's the "time of the month" happening at the wrong time. I have a concert to attend, for God's sake. Why now?! *sobs* I bet it's gonna spoil my day...

It's gonna be another busy but chocolatey weekend. Will be working on the product invention/innovation report, one of the final two assignments & off we go for exams. Gah~ Exams!! *squirms* I'll sign off for the day. Will update y'all with loads of news from the concert. Oyasumi~ ^^

Wednesday, July 12, 2006

Whoo-hoo! Lots of love to ya, cuzzie bro~ ^^ He was being sweet & agreed to collect the TVfXQ's concert tickets today when I requested. Gosh, I'm getting over-excited now. This is my first time going to a full length concert. Whats more, it's a boyband from Korea. Sweet! Didn't expect the tickets turned out to be a free standing. I got the ones in the arena. Sad...I was hoping to at least get the free seatings just in case my legs get sore during the concert. Hmm, I supposed nobody will sit down since it's gonna be a mind-blowing concert. Here's the sneak peek of the tickets I got.

Whee~ Concert tickets!! :D

Lets see...maybe I should get myself a pair of binoculars to oggle at those cute Korean singers XD. *sighs* If only Mum redeemed the binoculars previously & not the dumb bells. I mean, I hardly work out so the dumb bells are pretty useless now.

We had an English test at 2pm today. I found it relatively easy compared to the first test. Hmm maybe it's because we didn't have summary writing. This time was constructing passive sentences & essay writing. As usual, there was grammar questions. I think I'll lose marks in that section again. My grammar is never at its best. Seriously need some grammar drilling. Talking about bad grammar, it reminded me about one of classmates who has a poor command of English. She was the one who sent hate mails to my friend & always tried really hard to portray oh-I'm-so-cool-cuz-I-swear image in her blog "shrine". *rolls eyes* Lame!

Alrite, that's all for today. More work needs to be done tonight. Ppl, pray for me that my partner will turn up on time at 8am tomorrow with the 2nd half of the Marketing assignment. I'll be in serious trouble if she doesn't. *crosses fingers*

Tuesday, July 11, 2006

Things just get better & better everyday. To be able to own an mp3 player (finally, *grins*)...not just any mp3 player but the one in my wishlist made me proud & overjoyed. Furthermore, I got lucky again cuz I won a pair of tickets to watch TVfXQ's concert this Friday. Ain't this great? This is enough to compensate my daily assignment blues. It's really frustrating to have such an unreliable partner to work with. Imagine yourself struggling to complete assignments without the help of your teammate when deadline is less than 2 days to go. This is exactly the same situation I'm facing right now. *sighs*

Since I won the tickets, I might as well not allow my "sad case" partner to demotivate me. I'll just have to work twice as hard these 2 nights & let loose on Friday night. TVfXQ, here I come! Oh gosh, I nearly forgot that I have an English test tomorrow. Shucks...there'll be an essay *dies*. And my English project team will be the 7th group to present next Monday. Can you believe we haven't started typing the report? There's also the prototype of the product to be made. Yeah, all of us are being lazy asses. This is bad~ -_-"

Well, I should be continuing my Marketing assignment. I'll just stop blogging for now so as not to get distracted. Till then!

I can't believe that my dream came true. I got a Walkman! *squeals* It's the Sony NW-003F~ :D Ohmigod, y'all should see how lovely this little thing is. Sound quality is superb. The player is lightweight & ergonomically designed. Of course, the menu interface is not comparable to the iPod. Besides, it's much cheaper than the iPod nano so don't expect much.

I decided to choose lime green instead of pink. Seems like the pink didn't turned out nice on the real thing. Anyways, I bought the 1GB for RM449. It's pretty affordable, imho. Here are some pics for y'all to enjoy. ^^

The sleek & simple package

Inside the box (the shiny-ness XD)

*looks at the tiny* o_O
Here I am feeling weary & slightly sweaty after a party. My cousin's party ended 1 1/2 hours ago. Apparently, she invited a large number of friends but only a quarter turned up. I met & chatted with a couple of old schoolmates whom I have not met in ages. Ever since I left high school, I think. Food was good but there wasn't much to do after eating. Only 2 games were played & there wasn't much hype compared to last year. Perhaps it's because of the missing water games we had previously.

One of my friend who went to Japan last month promised that she would give the souvenirs to me whenever we meet. So, here it is! A simple & nice gift from Okinawa. The original package had chocolates & Hello Kitty candies in it. Right now, they're in the fridge. This porcelain has beautifully printed sakuras on it. Check this out...

A sakura porcelain miniature cup/bowl

The label at the bottom of the cup/bowl

Don't bother asking what the kanji writings meant. And I'm too lazy to look up my kanji dictionary. So, what do y'all think? The gift looks nice, rite? Reminds me of another birthday present I got from a kindergarten friend when I was...errrr, 6 years old? Gosh, that was long ago. I couldn't even remember her name. As much as I can recall, she bought that present during her vacation in Japan. At that time, I had not caught the Japan obsession bug yet XD. I did fancy the present back then but I guess I appreciate it more now. Look at the doll, ppl~ ^^

私はかわいんじゃないですか?

Anyways, my senior who's currently studying at ICM was trying so hard to be a matchmaker & kept on pestering me about a guy friend she knew. She said he's got the bf material & looking for a potential gf. She's planning to introduce him to me. Gawd, I hope she's not for real -_-". And she even insisted to explore my room! My room is in a terrible mess especially the desk. You all wouldn't wanna look at it.

Basically, nothing unusual happened during the party. A decent party & probably the last one from my cousin before she leaves for Singapore in 2 weeks time. Towards the end of the party, I sat on the living room couch watching TV instead. Guess what, Wah Lai Toi repeated TVfXQ's Rising Sun PV twice! One of my least favourite song, though. I didn't expect Mom, Dad, aunt, & cousin bro would actually compare them to w-inds. -_-" Yeah, they dance better than w-inds. but I feel more connected to w-inds. My sis said nothing but I assumed she prefers w-inds. too ^^. Besides, she still fangirls...just like me. XD Oh I forgot, w-inds. "THANKS" Live Tour 2006 had started! *squeals*

Thursday, July 06, 2006

For the first time, Circle K Club organised an exotic animal exhibition yesterday at the concourse. I wasn't interested to visit the exhibition in the first place but our sweet classmate paid the tickets for the gals, so I willingly joined in the fun XD. Besides, the RM5 admission fee goes to RSCPA. Support RSPCA's pets cruelty prevention programme, ppl! :D

As soon as I entered the enclosed area, there were various kinds of tarantulas & snakes in glass box on display. And there was a chubby raccoon & a miniature monkey (I forgot its name XD) as well. What really amused me was the way that little monkey ate its food. It was nibbling the apple & regurgitate the skin. Smart, huh? Meanwhile, the raccoon was trying hard to escape from the cage & running from left to right repeatedly.

Somehow, I wished the exhibition had more exotic creatures on display cuz most of exhibits were snakes. Maybe some iguanas & chameleon would spice up the event. Other than the unusual alligator tortoise, there weren't much to see. Of course, I got to touch a python XD. But I passed out the chance to take a photo with that snake on my shoulders. No way! Nevertheless, I took a snapshot of an albino python secretly. Not too bad, rite? XD

This snake is making an attempt to escape.

I deliberately went to college early today to print my Marketing assignment cuz my printer ran out of ink. And I refused to buy a new ink cartridge since I'm planning to send it for repair. Guess how long the computer in the lab took to boot up? 5 minutes! Yup, it's true. And another couple of minutes to log in to the Xerox printing server -_-". The computers were so contaminated with spywares & malwares. Hmm, now I remember. Maybe that's how my comp got infected with Brontok through my thumb drive. *curses*

Marketing class was boring as usual. I ended up doing Economics exercises to stay awake. After class, I had lunch alone & continued with the exercises. I tell you, I thought I would get a heat stroke in the canteen. It was freaking hot! The sun was scorching & the heat was trapped in the canteen though it was an open space. I should've gone to the SAO. Silly me! *smacks book on the head* Almost fell asleep in Economics class cuz there wasn't much to do. I sorta became the lecturer's assistant tutor since I was the only one who finished the exercise. Had to help out the French guy & I swear...I almost died fainted inhaling his tobacco breath. No offence here...but I have a low tolerance level for smokers.

There goes another day...*sighs* All of a sudden, I felt tempted to get an iPod nano. You see, it all started when my sis requested Mum to get the Walkman I wanted as a birthday gift. When it comes to small gagdets like mp3 players or mobile phones, I'd rather have my own & not sharing with anyone. I have the freedom to do anything I want with my possession without feeling guilty about it. Due to this, I opt to buy another brand instead of having a similar one with my sis. I'm still contemplating...if I buy it, Mum would yell at me for sure. I'm in a dilemma now. I guess I'll have to wait...

The gorgeous iPod nano

Time flies, ne~ This week is already the 10th week of university. That's why we had to this Student Evaluation whereby the students evaluate all the lecturers' performance. As a person who's kind at heart, I graded my lecturers exceptionally well. I gave fairly high grades for my Economics & English lecturers. Even the Finance lecturer as well. If you guys happened to peep into my OMR sheet, you'll surely notice that there's a string of similar letters running across the paper. That's partly because I'm being my usual self again! That's right. A lazy ass...hmm. I did this evaluation for the past 2 years during my A Levels period so I got tired of it. But this time, I took it seriously & read through the questions.

I would say our Marketing lecturer had the most negative feedbacks compared to the rest. Like I said, I'm a natural kind hearted person so I don't give awful comments just to keep any lecturers off the cliffs. Well, too bad for this lecturer cuz this time I was being harsh. Harsh doesn't mean I deliberately put him into trouble. Besides, I just wanna be honest & voice out my opinion. He is truly a lousy lecturer. You know what, his teaching was so appalling that I didn't know what to comment in the feedback forms. I refused to write, somehow. Did you know he cast a sleeping spell (actually, he does it every lesson... -_-") to the class today? Meanwhile, I was in the midst of a struggling war to stay awake. I survived by practising my Japanese writings & constantly passing written gossips to my friend. And when she fell asleep (sleeping in class is a habitual thingy for her...so no difference la), I continued with my writings again. *sighs* What a day it has been!

For today, I wanna talk about something personal. I wasn't in a good mood later in the evening today. I guess it was after dinner when my family brought the topic about my cousin's birthday party this evening. I was kinda annoyed by the idea of her having a oh-so-big-deal 21st birthday party at my house. She's turning 20 but she wanna celebrate earlier as she's heading elsewhere to continue her studies. As usual, I was overpowered by jealousy & gave a sudden outburst (ok, not really) about how much I disliked the idea of her inviting 80 people. I was showing some disgruntleness, throwing small tantrums & feeling extremely stupid after that. My moodiness escalated when I found out my always-absent-never-ever-present-in-class assignment partner skipped class today because she had fever & throat infection since Sunday night. People kept on telling me to ditch her but hey, it's easier said than done. -_-"

Basically, jealousy is my personality flaw. It diminishes my morale & I can't seem to bring myself to make changes. Sad, rite? It's stressful & painful at the same time to be compared to my cousin since young. And whats more, having a grandma whom, in her eyes, view everyone else except me is supreme. This sucks! *sighs* Hoping that a deep slumber will swept away my sorrows for tonight...*sleeps*

*sniffs* AHHH CHOOO!! *wipes the monitor* XD How bad can it get? I came back from KLCC yesterday & caught a flu. @#$%!! I feel so sleepy now. Anyways, I was supposed to get a Meiji chocolate with my 2 other friends from Isetan. It's for our English project. After a long search, we didn't managed to find it. Seemed like the product was discontinued. And the last time I bought the chocolates was 2 years ago. It was during Valentine's Day from what I can recall. See? These chocolates had made such an impact on me that I just couldn't forget them. Pretty sad that it's no longer for sale. T.T

I went to KLCC so many times but yesterday was the first time I witnessed something bizarre. When I arrived at the mall, me & mom were hanging around the small booths selling accessories along the corridor near Isetan. Then I waited for my friend in front of Isetan. All of a sudden, all the shoppers & salesgirls at the booths started coughing simultaneously. As for me, I sneezed continuously. Weird, huh? Perhaps there was a puff of smoke & dusts released from the aircond duct. I quickly grabbed my friend the minute I caught glimpse of her & whisked her away from that "contaminated" section (ok, a little too dramatic here... XD).

As I promised, here are the pictures during Intiball. Boy, I looked incredibly white. I looked ghostly, didn't I? Some of my friends said I looked beautiful despite the white face...*blush* but erm, it's compliment~ Thanks, buddies! :D Enjoy, people while I resume my work now.

edit: Arrgghh!! Blogger failed on me again. -_-" Stupid server can't support my photos *curses*. I'll have to upload them to Imageshack.

edit2: Boo me for being such a lazy ass to upload all of them. I'll post up the good ones, though. XD And lots of thanks to Jen for her camera!

A moment of camwhoring in the car
(My dad, uncle & grandma were in there too...)

~Loo camwhores~ ^o^

Ok, he's photogenic! Our classmate, Geoff.

This is one hell of a hot dude/nominee! And he's my classmate~ *squeals*

Just being a little girly here... XD

Aren't we gorgeous?? *rofl*

Potential pimp! *points to the dude in the middle*

The organizing chairperson, Johnaton. Great friend cum bro.

*dances* I just came back from a ball an hr ago. I kinda enjoyed this year's ball cuz there were hot dudes sitting at the same table as me. Not to forget, my hair! Yup, I went to the salon to do up my hair & makeup this year. I totally love my hairdo & makeup~ *flails* I wore my old dress again so uh..kinda lame actually. Was busy camwhoring with my friends. It's a pity I didn't have my own camera. Could've took more pics, though. *sighs*

Hmm...it must've been something I wore that brought me luck again this year. I won the lucky draw again! *squeals* This time it's a Lee Jeans voucher worth RM150. Last year, I won a hamper worth RM500 of hair care products. So yeah, it sorta downsized this time. At least I walked away with something. *grins* Food was much better than last year but it can be improved. The banquet hall was a tad too small...I was quite taken aback actually. Definitely prefer the Times Square's hotel ballroom.

Haha I really couldn't imagine myself dancing the night away with heels as high as 2 1/2 inches. It's not that high really but errrr it was hurting my feet -_-". On Friday, there was English Day in my college. I participated in a spelling competition with 2 of my classmates. Gosh, when was the last time I took part in a spelling competition? Perhaps 11 yrs ago? o_O Kinda enjoyed the competition cuz it felt so good to be competing again...the other reason was because there was a hot dude/team member sitting next to me XD (he was one of the prom king nominees but he didn't win...boo!). In the end, we won! The result was predictable. Pretty sad, ne~

*yawns* I'm so tired now. I better get some sleep. Will be going to KL again to get some stuff for English assignment. Sorry, peeps. Just too exhausted to post another set of my collection. Oyasumi ^^. *continues fondling my hairdo* XD

Woo~ High School Musical ROCKS! Yes, yes...I know the songs are pretty cheesy. The movie itself is meant for teenagers. Not for soon-to-be adults like me. But I never treat myself like an adult though cuz I'm still young at heart XD. The reason why I watched it with my sis cuz there are loads of eye candies. How can I resist watching Zac Efron? I still remember the first time I saw him in the Summerland series. His eyes are absolutely captivating *faints*. As usual, the story for High School Musical is pretty cliched but I kinda like the whole musical production. Boy, he can sing well! Apparently, the sequel will be released next year. Hmm, something to look forward to next year ^^.

I already typed the introduction for Economics assignment. Took the whole day to analyse all the information I had. I was being lazy ass, actually. In the end, I spent too much time on simple tasks. Naughty me... :P Besides, I've got loads of questions for my beloved lecturer. It's ok I delay my work again XD. *kicks Economics assignment aside*

As I promised, I'm gonna show y'all my collection. This time, it'll be the collar badges. I wouldn't say I have a large collection of badges cuz I don't go exchanging with other collectors. And 95% of these badges is paid by cash. Pretty expensive for each badge. Umm, the pic quality is bad cuz I had no choice but to use my camera phone. Bear with the blurness, ok. *sighs* If only my digicam is still here with me...so, here it is. Stay tuned for the next post. More collections to come~

See? Told ya I have a nice box for the badges. Tee hee...

Lo & behold! My "ultimate" collection

Gah!! Assignments, spywares, adwares etc...*bangs head on the wall* T.T I thought my pc is finally free from that damn Brontok.C malware. I was wrong...my pc got infected with another difficult-to-remove spyware called Adware.Look2Me. It's really annoying. Why? Because ad popups kept on appearing while I'm typing this. Massive headache right now...-_-

Economics assignment is driving me nuts as well. Searching for information was a piece of cake since I found loads of info on the palm oil industry in Malaysia. Thanks to some useful government websites ^^. But when it came to calculating elasticities, I had to seek for real figures to derive the answer. That's where the problem lies. Based on my calculations, price elasticity of supply in 2005 turned out to be a negative number. It's sooo wrong! It's not conforming to the law of supply~ @#%&!! And the price elasticity of demand for 2004 became a positive...-_-" So, now you know why I'm having a bad, bad headache.

Okay, enough about Economics & assignments. I just remembered that TVfXQ will be coming to Malaysia for a concert after watching their PV on Wah Lai Toi. Wished I could go but I'll be so broke by then. I still haven't get the mp3 player yet. Not to forget the Guam photobook I ordered. Anyways, I honestly don't idolise TVfXQ. I have this bad perception about Korean singers singing in Japanese cuz they always fail to impress me. They're spoiling the beauty of Japanese language. Umm...having the thought of watching TVfXQ's concert is out-of-this-world, really. You all should know I'm indeed desperate to watch w-inds. concert instead. But errr...I was thinking of watching these Korean dudes just to please myself. Besides, how often do they come all the way here? Ahhh well, it's not like I'm going. Forget about what I said.

I'm not sure whether I've mentioned it before but erm, I'm sorta an avid collector. I collect all sorts of items (collar badges, ticket stubs, w-inds. cds, etc.). And also things that I will never throw away cuz they give me sweet memories. Yup, I'm still keeping the purikuras I took with my ex & all the gifts that he gave me. Dunno why I just couldn't bring myself to trash them all away. Btw, that's history...shouldn't dwell so much on it. Was thinking of sharing my collection with y'all (except the purikuras...those are classifieds XD). In the next post I'll probably scan some of my ticket stubs *laughs*. Get some snapshots of my w-inds. collection & yeah, the collar badges *grins*. I have a nice box to keep the badges, y'know. Lol...

It took me quite a while to realise that Bolero is commonly used by skaters in figure skating competitions. What's Bolero, you asked? Ah, it's a classical piece composed by Ravel. Remember the trip I was talking about? It was uber fun! It's a pity that those who took the bus didn't have much time to shop around. As for me, I had the privilege to hang around KLCC an hr before the bus arrived. All thanks to the wonders of LRT! XD I did enjoy the performance so at least, the RM20 was worthwhile. Since it was my first time watching a live orchestral performance, I found it truly amazing. No wonder my piano teacher kept on asking me to go. Some pieces were so not my type. Had to struggle to stay awake...*sighs* And to call myself an ex-classical piano student is indeed embarrassing. I guess I don't appreciate much classical music like I used to. Overall...the best pieces would be Selections from Carmen by Bizet. Love the Toledo song to bits~ Because I played it on the piano before... ^^

Honestly, I have not walked in the park before after so many trips to KLCC. Seriously never! It was my first time strolling at the park after the show. The not-so-fun part was getting my feet & high heels soaked because of the wet floors & grasses. Got some odd stares from other ppl because me & my other two companions were clad in formal suit. What the heck! Haha...not too bad after all because I felt we were showered with a momentary limelight. Perhaps a 60 seconds fame? *grins*

I was shocked when one of my cousin sisters was badly injured earlier this evening. Apparently the basin fell onto her body, crushed her chest bones & arms. To make it worse, she's only a toddler. Very horrifying! I really don't know what to say. She should be out of the surgery room by now. Though I'm not that close to her, I'm so hoping nothing bad will happen to her. Was planning to watch House today but changed my mind. That show will probably remind me of my little cousin. Might end up bursting into tears. Yup, I'm a pretty emotional person. I ended up crying last week...because of some incident. Plus the stress of meeting assignments deadlines. Damn all assignments!

Btw, here are some of the photos taken during the MPO trip. The indoor shots were initially dark & I edited it using Photoshop. It looked fine on my monitor now. Maybe on newer monitors, the edited ones are too bright. My junk monitor isn't caliberated & like I said, old monitors have poorer contrast colours. I may have put too much brightness on the pics because I could hardly see anything in my monitor. More editings, needed. *sighs* I could've taken more lovely pics with my own digicam if only it wasn't stolen back then T.T *travels back to memory lane*

Lunch time!

Random shot...peace out! :P

Cheese! :D

Adorkable! XD

More dorkiness...gosh, look at my big fat bun face. -_-"

A blurry pic of the three stooges. Masterpiece photo shot by "Shaky", the cameraman. *rofl*

@#&%!! A malware has found an open door to my computer. Dang! I was trying all sorts of methods to remove it. The outcome? I failed...T.T *curses the sticky, parasite malware* Having Ad-aware & SpyHunter installed proved to be useless. Because of this, I was having another sleep hangover. *yawns* No wonder this stupid message keeps appearing in my C drive:-

BRONTOK.C[19]

Sedikit Jawaban u/ Membungkam Mulut Sesumbar 'MEREKA'.
Nobron = Satria Dungu = Nothing !!!

[ By JowoBot ]

It's so obvious this crap is written by an Indonesian. I'm not trying to be racist but if only you could see how that malware messed up my command prompt window & starts displaying political protests. *sobs* Why must my poor comp be the victim?! I'm keeping my fingers crossed...hoping that this nasty little crap doesn't steal my personal information cuz I do order stuffs online. Hmm, makes me wonder whether Transport Tycoon can still run properly. Lemme check it now....-intermission- Hallelujah! It's working perfectly fine~ *eyes filled with tears of joy*

Today is my college's 20th anniversary celebration. Nope, I was too lazy to get my ass to college. Some of my friends were there to join the fun. Just curious whether the attempt to break the world record of fitting more than 17 people in a Mini Cooper was a success. Since some of my lucky friends were chosen to break the record o_O. I'll have to find out tomorrow. Btw, tomorrow is the trip to MPO!! *flails* Can't wait, can't wait... XD

Alrite, this time I'm gonna give you all a chance to guess. Try to identify which one of these ladies is my mum. Hehe. This is gonna be fun *laughs cynically*. Here are the pics of me taken with my family members. Pick your choice & let me know in the cbox. ^^

KYAAAA!!! Gruesome week is finally over~ :D Some free time for blogging ^^. Three assignments were handed in today. I'm gonna take a rest. Hehe. I slept at 04:13 for the first time in my life just to complete IT assignment. Basically, I only had 2 hrs of sleep & off I go prepare for classes at 8am. I'm still suffering from a hangover till now though I've already took several hrs of nap. Screw IT assignment for making me suffer!! Btw, the 1st set of assignments were enough to kill me. The 2nd set is coming up...-_-". Thank god Economics has only ONE! Lots of love to you, Ms. Choong. XD

Oh boy, I can't wait for this Sunday. Guess what, I'm going to MPO to watch a matinee show. ^^ It's a trip organised by Music Club & the gang is going. Bet it's gonna be awesome. Dress code will be formal...ok, I would prefer to say smart casual. No jeans, sneakers, T-shirts, slippers...you know it. Thinking of what to wear on Sunday will be a problem for me. *sighs*

My ex-collegemate just came back from Okinawa 2 weeks ago. There she was blabbering about how hot Japanese guys are. See? I knew it all along. Japanese guys are always hot XD. And yeah...just downloaded new episode of Windy Street yesterday. I watched it earlier & it was pretty interesting. And w-inds. mentioned about the photobook! *drools* It's gonna be out in a month *squeals*. The more I look at the Walkman players, the more I get obsessed. This player is extremely tempting...look at the curves. Why do all these players have to be soo expensive? T.T Gah~ I'll just get the Sony NW-E003F. No doubts about that. Here's the comic strip & the Japanese print ad promoting the new Walkman. Enjoy!

*starry-eyed* These are lovely, aren't they?

More Walkman love~ XD

You wouldn't have imagine how excited I was after completing the Marketing assignment last night. I was pacing back & forth, practically doing nothing. And I continued with my w-inds. fangirling & even found some time to update my webpage. I was just too lazy to start my next assignment which is due on Fri. I found out that Japanese keitais uses QR codes instead of INTACTA codes to store music & video content online. No wonder INTACTA codes are so different from the codes I found in my stack of Japanese music magazines. I'm such a dumb, dumb!

My friend & her partner was supposed to do their presentation today and they seemed to be facing a series of unfortunate events. Her partner's thumb drive with all the necessary files in it wasn't working properly because it fell on the floor. She had to rushed home to get them because she transferred the wrong files to her mp3 player. How unlucky ne~ I was surprised that all of us weren't allowed to watch the presentation. So, me & the others who weren't presenting today just had to mark attendance & leave. Sighs...I wanted to show some moral support to my friends. Too bad!

Lets hope my presentation will turn out well on Wed. Keep your fingers crossed, people! Pray for me too... ^^. Alrite, time for IT assignment now. Till then, jya ne~

Apparently, my uncle's immediate boss just crashed his Benz a couple of days ago. The wreck was horrible, from what I know. And my family was somewhat having a forum about why he shouldn't have drove incredibly fast. This accident brought me back to memory lane. Two years ago, I almost died in a car accident. I guessed luck was upon me. Or perhaps God was protecting me, cousin bro & his friend at that very moment. My cousin bro was the one driving & we were at this junction. He made a slight mistake with the clutch balancing & somehow, our car came out from the junction too late...the bus speeding behind us almost hit our car. Yup, that was what happened back then. Boy, it was scary.

My presentation is scheduled to be on next Wednesday. My partner & I will be the 2nd last group presenting on that day. Both of us was hoping to get the earlier slots cuz we were so eager to get over with it. Oh well, at least there's still more time to prepare. About the assignment, it was supposed to be 100% complete. I just realised that I had no idea about the cover format. And the content page is still not done yet. I think I should get it done by tomorrow. My Marketing is 50% complete, I think. Anyways, the assignment is not that lengthy compared to IT. Aiming to get it done by tonight & get on with IT.

I was pretty glad that I chose the 3rd topic to work on for IT. Gave me lots of freedom & the best part was doing a research on a selected country. You all should know very well that I chose Japan. I just dunno why...but I just love everything about Japan. You can say I'm dying to go there one day. C'mon, who wouldn't want to??? Oh yeah, PopJam was on today. I didn't like the way they present the show. Preferred the old PopJam. It was like the show was getting a little too draggy. And why some artistes perform in empty studios with no crowds?? Haha, of course I saw w-inds. for the...erm, I lost count how many times already. Cuz I had the downloaded version with me XD. Rain's performance was quite enjoyable except that I loathed the way he was making girls squealling at him -_-". Ok, that's all about me for today. Need to get some work done. Assignments are a pain in the #@&%!!!

Curse Blogger for failing on me yesterday. Was trying so hard to upload changes to the blog but the stupid page just couldn't load. I guess my Internet connection was slowing down as well. Glad that it's back to normal now. Though the connection is still kinda slow. And guess what? I'd finally made up my mind. I ordered the Guam photobook!! *squeals* My aunt was soo sweet for allowing me to use her credit card. ^^ So, now I have to sit & wait patiently until August. Meanwhile, I have to be a good girl & start working on my assignments. Also perhaps to find some time to revise the lecture notes for IT & Marketing.

What's up with the guys in my gang, neway? All of them went for a hair cut simultaneously. It's only the girls left. And I seriously need some trimmings, or that's what my Mum thinks so. I have to admit that the guys looked pretty good in short hair. Lol...seriously. Anyways, drop the hair issue aside. English report is 99.9% complete. Only the cover page, content page & loads of journals, reading materials to be printed out. I still have 2 more assignments to go. I started some drafts for Marketing but had no idea how to present it cuz our "beloved" lecturer didn't provide further details. And IT's project requires more attention. Deadline is next Friday, imagine that!

I'm currently downloading the latest episode of PopJam. Was thinking of downloading the mpg version of it from jpopsuki but torrent wouldn't start till the next 9 hrs. That would be 12am tomorrow. Just because I don't contribute anything in the forums. I guess that's the price I have to pay. Ahh, I'll just indulge myself through youtube. Besides, I get to watch it this Saturday. Now off I go...damn all assignments!

Sunday, June 04, 2006

*smiles gleefully* WHEEEEE!! I've finished the report~ Actually, I finished it earlier this evening. Now there's the reference list to do. I sooo love the FireFox Wheee! ad. So full of crackiness...*breaks into a fit of giggles*. So those of you who haven't watch it, here's the link and be prepared to laugh your head off.

My dog was so violent this morning. He almost shred that poor lizard into pieces & I thought he was planning to swallow it. Miraculously, the lizard survived & escaped! God bless the lizard! Kinda scary to see the broken tail still wriggling on the floor. My dog was pretty discontented though. Evil dog~ -_-" Remember the stupid cat that refused to climb down the tree in my house? Read this (March 14, 2006) if ya don't. I kept on forgeting to post the cat's pic so here it is. The naughty cat! *rofl*

Get down, you stupid cat! This ain't your tree!!

Just when I decided to order the photobook, I stumbled upon the ultimate sexy picture. Gosh, I really can't resist this...the R&R Newsmaker photoshoots are too awesome. *drools* I thought cherry Keita in Junon June issue was enough to trigger a heart attack. I don't think I can handle another dose...XD I seriously should re-consider *scratches head*. The Guam photobook will probably kill me the minute I flip open the first few pages. Dang...w-inds., why do you all have to be soooo...*speechless*

More Keita hot-ness! XD

Who in their right mind would go clubbing when assignments are almost as high as a mountain?? Apparently, the French dude invited our gang to one of the clubs tonight. Everyone declined his offer. Just like I said earlier...do I need to repeat myself? *drops dead at the pile of mountain-high assignments*

My Thai friend was telling me about the pics of "ah kuas" he received through an e-mail. And how one of the "ladyboys" (ok, he even defined them!) resembled me...*shocked* Curious, I was. Got to see those lovely pics *rofl* today & oh boy, *gasps* those "ladies" are extremely gorgeous. As in drop-dead gorgeous~ *envious* I seriously disagreed with him that one of them bore a resemblance of me. She is sooo much more beautiful compared to me. It's eerie when you know she's actually a male -_-". Since he already mentioned that gorgeous lady looks like me, I'll take that as a compliment XD.

I showed the English report to my partner & she was pretty satisfied. Just some minor adjustments to be made. I guess I'll be able to finish everything by this weekend while she work on the presentation slides. More time for the next assignment. ^^ Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the photobook *knocks head on the desk*. Still contemplating to buy it or not. Ok, there's the YesAsia credit I can use & I get to enjoy free shipping. So...what am I waiting for? *sighs* I'm so confused right now...

Ahhhh, there's PopJam next week!! Hey y'all w-inds. fans, remember to watch it. It'll be on NHK World Premium channel next Sat at JST 16:10-17:38. *squeals* Yay, finally get to at least watch w-inds. live on TV & not downloading them. I'll still download this PopJam episode neway...*grins*

Wednesday, May 31, 2006

How can I be so dumb?? To actually estimate the English report is approx. 1000 or more words in length when in fact, the report only has 540 words (after checking the word count). And I was so silly to boast out loud that there were 3000 words...-_-" *gets slapped in the face* My poor friend/partner fell sick at the wrong time. As usual, she missed classes today & poor me cuz I had to work on the assignment on my own again. Not that I did much since I had no breaks today...my dear partner was supposed to do write about the future plans. Meanwhile, I had to add on more stuff to the report but I was so drained out after returning from uni. Just too lazy to crack my brain again XD

I finally got my paycheck! *grins* I waited for a month again just for the miserable RM105. Yes, more money for the photobook. For those of you still puzzled about the item I kept on mentioning in recent posts, take a look at this. The image is not the official cover so umm, I really have no idea how the photoshoots will be. Do glance at the price tag...it's pretty hefty, isn't it? Btw, back to the paycheck. My Chinese guy friend complained that he didn't get his pay after working for 2 weeks last year. It's a pity he didn't know student helpers were supposed to fill up the claim form on the last day of work. He must've submitted quite late & our "beloved" college probably lost his working records.

Went to grandpa's birthday dinner at a restaurant earlier in the evening. Just a simple meal & a bottle of red wine from Australia to celebrate the ocassion. We were served with weird tasting "kok poh" tea & ended up requesting for "heong pin" tea instead. I only had few sips of wine cuz I didn't wanna feel drowsy. Even now, I'm already feeling drowsy. It's already getting late. I shall stop here. English test is scheduled at 2pm tomorrow -_-".

Monday, May 29, 2006

Ahhh it's so good to be home. Was summarising the draft with my partner today. Boy, we had a tough time doing it. Imaging writing a report about Apple & Sony with only 1500 words. -_-" So restricted...felt like I was stripped off my freedom of expression. We're still working on it, hopefully things will turn out well.

I didn't know another 2 of my gang of friends are into anime too. I was kinda taken aback when they mentioned about reading Naruto mangas or watching animes. Though I'm not a big fan of Naruto. At least there is a similar interest among us XD.

All of a sudden, I wanted to attend Intiball. Everyone in my gang decided to go. *sighs* That means less money saved for the Walkman. Tsk, tsk...Mom, can you sponsor the tickets? Or that pink dress?? Alrite, it's not like I really need a new dress. I think my old black dress will do.

And my ex-schoolmate is planning to buy this Ken Hirai's limited edition dvd which costs RM200 over. o_O I think she's as crazy as me, or perhaps worse. Even my w-inds. dvds are not that expensive. I wonder whether she has decided or not. Talking about online shopping, I'm still considering the photobook. Imagine Ryohei, Keita & Ryuichi topless at the beach in those photoshoots. *drools*...such eye candy~

Sunday, May 28, 2006

*laughs hysterically* The power of networking!! o_O

*quickly regains composure* Can't blame me for being over ecstatic. I've finally got my Internet connection~ Yay! That means more privacy *cheers*. Anyways, I'm sure you guys noticed a sudden change in my blog. That's right. I've changed the skin. I know it's too pink but bear with it ok *winks*. Just a little introduction on how to view my posts. My posts will appear in the "tales" section while the archives will be in "angel" section. Each time you view my old posts, it'll lead you back to the introduction page that means you need to click the "tales" button again. *sighs* I know it's kinda troublesome but I'll try to sort it out. Besides, I took this skin from blogskins.

Mum said there was no news about the Samsung mp3 player. Did I sense that she might consider buying that Walkman for me?? Oww..ok, I'm desperate for one but I really couldn't resist this little thing~ I'm saving up for it...wait a min, that means less cash for w-inds. new photobook??? *sobs* I want that book too. And concert dvds...*wails*

Saturday, May 27, 2006

Ah yes! I'm finally able to blog again. Life has been busy lately *looks at the pile of assignment on the table* -_-". I'm still in the midst of doing English assignment but erm, seems like there wasn't much progress. Delays happened quite often when you have to work with a partner. And mutual agreement plays an important role as well. I'm working fine with my current partner. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the rate of progress in our work was a little too slow. I was hoping to complete asap so that I can work on other assignments. Oh well, I'll have to see how things work out by tomorrow as I wait for my partner's essay. Meanwhile, I'm working on it too.

Having the need to write a project proposal for first IT assignment came as a surprise to me. Alrite, never mind about that. We're supposed to choose 1 out of 3 suggested topics. When my proposal got rejected the 1st time, I was kinda disgruntled. I seriously doubted the lecturer's command of English because he commented about my project scope not relating to development in IT with computer viruses. Okay, I was wrong since my Aussie buddy pointed my error. I switched topic and submitted another proposal the following day. I got REJECTED AGAIN! Could you imagine that?! This time, he commented that my proposal was not suitable. WTF! In his brain, all he thinks that development of a nation relates to GDP growth. Ohmigod! -_-" Anyway, I made a statement to him that there are other aspects which are part of development ie standard of living, infrastructure, education. It did shut his mouth...and I was so satisfied. ^^

Was so silly to get so worried about the proposal...I could've joined the Yahoo! Japan Live Talk last night. *sobs* I was so close to seeing w-inds. and chatting with them live. Glad that someone posted up the video. I'm off to watch the clips now *continues with fangirling*.

We all know that most movies adapted from sources ie books, videogames always turn out to be flops. Sadly, Da Vinci Code might be one of them. Having read the book 2 yrs ago is enough to spoil the fun of watching the movie. Ok, that's beside the point. I felt that movie was lifeless, not appealing & the essence seems to be missing...unlike the book. Tom Hanks' character failed to shine this time around (he shouldn't have taken the role). Sir Ian McKellen played his role well. And seeing Paul Bettany as Silas really surprised me. He did pretty well...much better than that lame Wimbledon romantic flick. Besides having to struggle to stay awake, I had to put with annoying ppl. One of them is a big headed dude (with a cap!) who was constantly obstructing my view. And the worst part was having an irritating girl next to me who started narrating the story at the beginning. She even clapped after the movie ended -_-". This is definitely my last time watching at TGV Sunway Pyramid.

For the first time, I went for a shopping spree (not really one cuz I didn't buy anything) with the girls. And to actually pick dresses to fit on. Saw this pink dress that I kinda like. It did sorta flatter my body figure. Was glad it didn't make me look stick-thin. Not too expensive...that's why I'm considering it. I didn't buy it right away not only due to insufficient cash in hand. The dress was pretty dirty & I wonder whether the shop has a new one. I guess I'll check around shops at 1 Utama first. Uh...I'm not even sure about going to Intiball yet. Why should I get a dress anyway? *shrugs*

I'm supposed to go for IT replacement class at 10am today. I skipped it and got nagged by Mum. I don't care...that's for sure. As long as I produce the results, that's all that matters. I wonder whether my gang of friends attended the class or not. I knew 3 of them confirmed about missing class. Including me, that would be 4. Anyways, I'm using my aunt's notebook to blog now. Pretty cool, eh? Hmm maybe in the future I should get one for myself. Meanwhile, I don't need one. An mp3 player is more important now. *grins*

Thursday, May 18, 2006

Like I said, I will return with some craps. I forgot to post up this pic that my friend sent to me last night. It's a photoshopped version of the shot taken while I was eating noodles. The noodles sucked but I didn't wanna waste food. So, I forced myself to finish it. See, I'm such a good gal~ But the caps are hilarious. Here it is...enjoy!

I've finally got my SOA & Works vol. 3 dvds!! *jumps gleefully* Ain't this great? One package comes after another. Tested the 2 dvds. It's a little disappointing cuz the quality is nothing compared to Japan version. *sighs* I can't afford all the Japan version dvds neway. Yay, more scans to complete my dvd collection. Perhaps I should buy the Japan version when Works vol. 5 comes out. Time to save up more cash ne~

Me & my partner showed the English lecturer our drafts & resources for the assignment. She was pretty impressed. Alrite, I'm not trying to boast here. I know there are lots of things follow up because it's not easy to do academic writing. Especially that crap Harvard referencing. Have to be extra careful & not plagiarise. Geez, this is dangerous. Supposed to quote phrases if they're taken from journals or academic articles. How troublesome! -_-" Anyways, I hope to do well for the first time.

This British lady from my partner university had programme briefing with all the Business students today. Her English is perfect but half the time, my brain didn't register whatever she delivered. Not that I don't understand her accent but her speech became dull & draggy. It's no wonder some students fell asleep. Lol. Oh well, I better get on with studying. I might come back to crap later. *off to read Economics notes*

Tuesday, May 16, 2006

My Works Vol. 1 dvd has arrived!! *squeals* CDJapan is so efficient ne~ SOA & Works Vol. 3 hasn't arrive yet though. Much slower than I thought. And CDJapan was much faster than I expected. I was watching Works Vol. 1 immediately after I unwrapped the package. Honestly, the package looked miserable. But the dvd was tightly wrapped in this plastic wrapper filled with air bubbles. It's supposed to protect the dvd from damage. Btw, I don't think the package will be damaged cuz EMS ensures that every mail/package is handled with care. This dvd has a lot of stuff to offer. The PVs included weren't my personal favourite but looking back at those adorable faces when w-inds. debuted makes me wanna pinch their cheeks. Lol.

IT was boring as usual. Had free lab session after the lecturer completed his boring lectures. In fact, I was already using the PC to do my personal stuff even before he allowed. Everyone was undeniably bored. Who wouldn't? Imagine sitting in the lab trying hard to concentrate on the lecture about how to use Microsoft Word to produce good report. -_-" See what I mean? I felt pity for the lecturer...he's forced to teach such a boring topic. And the worst part is trying to get students' attention to listen. I guess he truly understood how we felt at that time.

Ice Latte came to my college to promote their drinks with two smart cars!! *flails* Should've seen me squealing away when I caught a glimpse of it. Too bad the body panel is black in colour. Absolutely prefer the red & blue panels more. Hehehe...anyways, The Da Vinci Code is gonna feature a white smart car ^^. Wait a min, I remembered reading the book & it didn't mention anything about white. Hmm...I thought it was red or something. *confused* Ah well...that white smart car is gonna be crashed in the movie somehow. *sobs* What a waste...I've managed to book tickets!! Yippee~ Movie time for everyone! Tee hee...*dances away*. Gonna spread the good news tomorrow. :D

*yawns* Was to tired when I came home from uni today. Slept for 2 hours, I think. Btw, w-inds. TRIAL PV is finally out! Love the song! But the choreography is weird. -_-" Still trying to get used to it. Seems like some of the screenshots are missing. What I saw in the preview is different from the one I downloaded. Hmm...I wonder why. Are they making two different versions of the PV??

I was so surprised when I received an e-mail from CDJapan. They received my money order on Monday. Yeah, it was that fast. Less than 2 weeks. *grins* My order is already processed but I'm not sure when they're gonna ship it out. Maybe in 1-2 weeks because that DVD is pretty old. Might need to dig up the old stock. Lol. I hope my package from Hong Kong would arrive soon. I can't wait.

Remember the French guy I mentioned in my previous post? Sad to say, he's a smoker. Ugh...I really hate smokers. But I don't hate him. He's a nice guy & a charmer at times. Sometimes, he's lame too ^^. I have one assignment coming up. The topic is about comparing 2 different firms operating in the same industry. My partner & I decided to compare Apple & Sony. As a backup, we chose BMW & DaimlerChrysler. Better get my research done soon. That's all for now. Gotta get ready for dinner ^^.

Today is Thursday! One more day & it's weekend~ Tee hee... ^^ Yup, this week is the start of university. Met new friends & they're great. There's a cute French guy in my class though he's not taking Marketing. Too bad he's short. Lol. Just had Economics today. The lecturer was great. Very interesting lady. She made Economics sounded so easy. Out of all the lecturers, I disliked my IT for Business lecturer. Such a boring guy -_-" My mind kept on wandering elsewhere during his class.

Guess what? My cheque has finally been cleared. I'll be expecting my package to arrive next week, hopefully. And I didn't have to pay any shipment fee because they're having a promotion. Lucky, right? Hehe. Can't wait!! Now I'm hoping for money order to reach CDJapan soon. 2 weeks is long ne~ -_-" Ok I'm off to continue with my w-inds. project ^^ Jya!

Woo-hoo!!! I've finally got a copy of THANKS album. Soooo happy ne~ The cover is too good. Though it's B&W, the pics inside are indeed artistic. Absolutely love it. Just ordered Works Vol. 1 dvd from CDJapan few days ago. Chose to pay by money order but the stupid post office in my country didn't allow me to pay by Japanese yen. Was forced to pay in USD at a higher exchange rate. How stupid! And the worst part is their systems couldn't issue the exact amount that I requested. In the end, I paid USD37.00 instead of USD36.59. *sighs* Another few bucks gone...

Anyway, YesAsia still hasn't give me any reply about the cheque. Looks like it'll be cleared on May 3rd. I hope nothing goes wrong. In fact, I'm more worried about the money order. What if it never reaches? -_-". Started working again at my college. The pay is pretty low but oh well *shrugs*...I need more cash whether it's for savings or more of w-inds. stuff. Will be starting uni next Tues. Pretty excited & lazy about next week. I took a peek at the attendance list for all the classes that I enrolled, there'll be 2 foreign students. Oh well, *yawns* I'll have to wait & see. IT for Business will be the first class I attend for this semester. *confused* Err...maybe not.

My printer decided to break down when my uni is about to start. Could you imagine that? Its mechanism failed to function after my cuzzie bro printed his assignment. Another repair work & that means, more money spend. Yikes! And I haven't even networked my pc wif cuzzie bro's. Supposed to get it done soon...hopefully in 2 weeks if I get a affordable rate for the network cables. Cuzzie bro keeps calling my dear Keita a gay. Lol, I wasn't annoyed at all but found it rather hilarious. Yeah, Keita is getting a little too beautiful at times. Better looking than Mio (sorry Kei-kun for offending your sis). The cover for w-inds. new single is finally out. *Drum roll* Ta-daa!

The guys are fond of blazers & coats nowadays. I have to agree that their jackets are really cool. But there's no use for me to buy jackets like theirs. Weather here is too hot for them. Not sure which cover is the limited edition but I'm eager to listen to the single & watch the pv. The couplings look interesting too... ^^ Ok, I'm off to bed. *jumps onto the bed*

I forgot to mention in my previous post. Stupid Tower Records KLCC still has not stock up THANKS album yet. Ain't it pathetic!? Kotaraya has it but TR doesn't. I've practically waited for a month...now, I'm so tempted to order the Hong Kong version from YesAsia. I'm so pissed off. *runs off to TR 1 Utama*
I've been very unlucky for the past few days. First, my ADSL modem got struck by lightning last Wednesday. And then on Thursday night, a burglar came into my backyard & sneak behind the house. That idiot burglar carried a flower pot which was under my aunt's bedroom window & placed it beneath my window. He stood on that pot & peeped into my room & at that time, I was away in my cuzzie's room. He stole my camera & my sis' mobile phone with a stick & escaped. What made me really upset was because I was so close to catching him but eventually gave him enough time to escape. *sobs* Couldn't sleep that night because I was too traumatised. I really didn't expect it would happen to me...

And I bought a modem+router on Saturday at PC Fair. The fair was interesting...basically, lots of gadgets being exhibited there. I personally love browsing at gadgets although I'm not buying them. There were so many mp3 players made in Taiwan & China which looked exactly like those branded ones like iPod & Samsung. Definitely a product imitation, no joke! Anyway, now that I have a built-in router...I can't wait to get my pc connected to my cuzzie bro's network. I don't have to depend on his pc to surf anymore. ^^ At least, there's something to be happy & looked forward to. I'm also looking forward to getting the mp3 player that mum ordered. Can't wait...*taps foot impatiently*

My mum bought a new phone, a day after my sis' phone was stolen. Ain't it ironic? -_-" The phone is pretty good. But of course, I would love to get the Panasonic VS3 or VS6 & VS7 when my phone is old. Oh yeah, did I mention that I won some gifts from the HP Football Fever Contest? Won the Radiocube & antistress ball. The Radiocube is so adorable but it didn't have any frequency indicator. Therefore, it was pretty difficult to determine the radio channel currently playing. The channels reset itself whenever it's turned off. Kinda troublesome.

I'm still waiting for my orders to arrive. I guess it should take another week or two. By Monday, YesAsia should've received my cheque & deposited it to the bank. Then a couple of days to allow for cheque clearing. Finally, my orders will be shipped. Imagine the time taken for that package to reach Malaysia...*sighs* and I chose standard shipping instead of EMS. Couldn't afford another EMS. What's more, I spent so much money this weekend & that included my magazines. Yup, Junon May 2006 issue is already in my hands now. Absolutely lovely! And I bought Arena 37c too. It was expensive *sobs*. Still thinking whether to pin up that w-inds. poster or not. My Japanese language is bad so uh...I took quite a long time reading a paragraph in Arena 37c. I was actually referring to the kanji dictionary because most of the kanji was difficult. *sighs*

w-inds. summer tour dates is out. Geez, the tickets price is killing! 5800 yen is a lot. Equivalent to a dvd. Of course dvd is more worthy because I can watch it so many times. But, being able to watch them live is PRICELESS. I'm so tempted to go but it's impossible. Seems like some ppl in IT is going. Gosh I'm so jealous~ Hmm...it's getting late here. I better get to bed soon. Ciao!

Hooray! Sent off the demand draft to Hong Kong earlier this morning. Decided to use EMS just to make sure the cheque arrives on time. Can't afford another delay if registered mail method was used. I'd probably risk getting my orders cancelled before YesAsia receives my payment. But that EMS was sooo costly! T.T Almost burned a hole in my wallet. Lol. Not really but I thought the price was just too hefty. And YesAsia is expecting payment within two weeks after orders are placed. Well at least CD Japan allows six weeks before orders are cancelled.

Mum agreed to buy that mp3 player by signing up this new credit card. I was pretty surprised that she actually asked whether I want it or not. If I didn't want it, she wouldn't sign up for it. Previously, she thought that mp3 player is a waste of money because I'm very likely to get bored of it when I grow older. Anyhow, since she asked...I jumped at this opportunity. Although I'm not getting my dream mp3 player, it's better than nothing. Besides, that Samsung YP-F1X looks pretty trendy. Love it when I first saw it. Other than stodgy buttons & other weird features, it should be good. Mum has to pay RM369 only on an instalment basis so it's affordable. I told her that if there wasn't an offer, rather not buy it because at RM599...I could've gotten a Zen Micro by just adding a little cash.

That's all for today. Got my uni offer letter yesterday. Time really flies ne~ I'm off to uni soon. I guess it's better that way cuz I'm already slacking. All I have to do now is sit down & wait patiently for my package to arrive. *squeals*

Sunday, April 09, 2006

Hooray! I've finally ordered SOA Tour & Works Vol. 3 dvd from YesAsia. Gonna go to the bank tomorrow to get a bank draft & off I send it to Hong Kong. Hehe ^^. Haven't ordered the Works Vol. 1 from CD Japan yet. The price for DVDs (Japan imports) in CD Japan seems to be cheaper than YesAsia. Hmm, from now on...I'll most likely order dvds online since it's so damn hard to get here. And it's taking forever to reach the music stores *shakes head*.

I've always wanted to watch Densha Otoko but I couldn't find the video file on the net. Should try sourcing some pirated dvd for it. Lol :P I've been slacking off lately rather than translating my lyrics. I'm so supposed to keep my website updated constantly but I'm feeling soo lazy. At this moment, I'm busy updating all the pictures I've scanned & edited. It's so tedious but anyhow, I'll continue doing it. That's all for this time. Jya~

Saturday, April 08, 2006

Hmm...this weekend would be a quiet weekend for the family. My aunt flew to Perth yesterday & smsed me this morning. Mum went back to hometown so only Dad went to work today. PC Fair will be next week & I'm so eager to go. But I'm still waiting for a call from Kinokuniya regarding my Junon magazine order. Just thought that if my order has not arrived, I'd probably stay at home instead. Oh yeah, I almost forgot that I haven't buy THANKS album yet -_-".

I've decided to make a bolder move to order w-inds. dvds online. Not using the credit card or I risk the endless naggings from Mum. I definitely preferred credit card because the transactions are faster. But I'll have to pay a higher exchange rate for the goods & they only accept Japanese yen. So, most likely I'll try with international money order first. I'm still worried about how much my country's customs would charge for the goods. I guess I'll try with CD Japan first. Then I'll order the rest of the DVDs from YesAsia. My friend called me up to ask about going to Circle K's installation at Metropolitan College tonight. The admission fee is RM35, heck! I'm not going...neither I'm going for KCKL's birthday bash on Tuesday. Why should I pay RM20 just for that event? Rather save my cash for my DVDs.

Two official trailers for The Da Vinci Code is out. The movie looks great but I'm still skeptical about Tom Hanks taking the role as Robert Langdon. I've read the book 2 years ago so errr..yeah, I was half expecting the movie would ruin the storyline again. *shrugs* The actions looked awesome but I wasn't very thrilled...hmm, maybe because I've already read the book. The one thing I certainly would love to see is that smart car. Can't imagine the car getting smashed...T.T (that car is sooo adorable...I soo love it!). And back to w-inds. again, poor Keita passed out due to exhaustion. This is bad news. This is the 2nd time it happened to him. VF is seriously pushing them too hard. It's high time VF should allow w-inds. to focus more on their music rather than putting them on countless TV shows & unnecessary promotional gigs. I just hope they're not turning into manufactured puppets like JE boys. Ugh! Hopefully nothing goes wrong for this year's Asian Tour. Definitely don't wanna have any last minute cancellations (though I won't be able to go all the same). Ok, I'm off to call the post office regarding parcel services enquiries. Hehe. Till then, jya!

Wednesday, April 05, 2006

Today is scorching hot! The extremely hot weather is making me really sleepy now. But I still insist on typing this post anyway...-_-". *clears throat* Was busy updating my site as usual. Also spent most of my time scanning all the w-inds. cd booklets. Just realised the scanning process is pretty time consuming. Clever me for not scanning those images at high resolution or else, I would've taken longer time to complete all the scans. I've completed the scans but haven't label them with my nickname yet. The labels is just to show that the images are my possession. So if anyone tries to leech & claim as theirs, I'll know. If any fella still insist to leech them & alter the images, oh well...I don't wanna bother taking actions. Besides, I'm just doing all these as a hobby & to make my time more beneficial. Rather than just sleep, hours of TV surfing & loitering around the house.

Another rumour is circulating again about the upcoming 19th single by w-inds. Apparently, this new single will be featured in this new movie, GOAL! Ok, I don't understand what they meant by "new" movie because GOAL was shown in my country last year. I'm not sure whether it was one of the summer blockbusters (I bet not...) but I'm SURE that this movie is not new. Perhaps Japan deliberately delay the movie release to coincide with this year's World Cup. Smart move! But erm...I hope it's not another single like Yume no basho he. Seriously, that song was one of the weakest singles ever released by w-inds. Besides, what's this western movie got to do with w-inds.? They're Japanese...and I know these dudes love football but I still find this news/rumour rather bizarre. *yawns* I'm off for a quick nap now. Till then, jya~

Tuesday, April 04, 2006

Yay~! I'm finally out of that miserable working place. Got my paycheck too *grins*. Still deciding whether to order SOA tour & Works Vol. 3 from YesAsia. Was thinking of saving up my money for an mp3 player that I've wanted for such a long time. T.T

Each time I read shinigamitabris' LJ, I felt so envious of her. She has such a beautiful layout of w-inds. Just looking at her content & amount of scans is enough to transform me into a humongous green-eyed monster. C'mon, she's a new fan & I'm already a fan of w-inds. for 5 years. And my collection is nothing compared to hers. Sighs...I'm financially restricted, that's why. Earning US dollars is always an advantage, ne~ Buying CDs & DVDs in US dollars seem to be cheaper. Everything in my country is always expensive especially imported goods. And it's bound to increase often. This is bad...>.<

It's confirmed that w-inds. will be touring Asia this year but no news about tour dates yet. Many people rumoured that the Asian tour will be in October, after the summer tour in their home country. The countries they are most likely visiting is China (Beijing & Shanghai), Korea & definitely Hong Kong. Found a video on youtube which was aired in Mong Kok. It was a message by w-inds. announcing their visit to Hong Kong later this year. My eyes was filled with tears of happiness & sadness. Was overwhelmed & thrilled because they are finally moving further out from Japan & Taiwan to expand their popularity. Hong Kong would be an opportunity for them to do so. But, w-inds. having a concert there still doesn't make any difference to me. I will not be able to attend their concert as usual. I'm only hoping that their concert tour DVD would include footage of that Hong Kong tour. So here is the video...
