Black tofu

Have you eaten black tofu? No, I presume. Let me tell ya, it tastes as good as the usual white tofu that we normally eat in Chinese restaurants. The best part is that that it's organic - which mean it's healthy aka no artificial colourings nor preservatives. I have no idea how the manufacturers turned these food into black considering they shouldn't be using any colouring at all. I'm guessing that they used black soybeans to produce the black stuff. Fyi, I ate these for the first time at Summer Palace so I'm pretty sure you can find it there. The black colour indeed sparks curiosity. Go try it. You know you want to~ XD tofu, anyone??
